The 56th Independence Anniversary and 32nd Anniversary of the Republic of Mauritius were celebrated at the Trevessa House on 14 March 2024.
The theme for the day was “Ansam Nou Avanse”, evoking the need for continued solidarity, fraternity and cooperation among Mauritians while consolidating the spirit of patriotism and the unique Mauritian Identity.
On this occasion, each registered seafarers at the SWF received a Duvet.
